Secrets Glowing Skin
[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text letter_spacing=””]Clear and glowing skin is something that we all want. There are a few people who are blessed with a healthy and glowing skin no matter what they eat or what they do. While others need to put in that extra effort to take care of their skin, not all regimes work well for everyone. So we bring to you some secrets for glowing skin, irrespective of your skin type.

  • Watch what you eat

Simple modifications in your daily eating habits can have a huge impact on your skin health. Cut down on refined foods like white breads, biscuits, pastries and processed foods. Include at least one to two fresh fruits (and not juices) along with a salad serving in your daily diet to see the wonders it does to your skin.

  • The beauty sleep

Sleep is your anti-ageing pill! By getting your required dose of sleep you are able to repair your skin’s connective tissues like collagen and elastin that are responsible for firmness, tone and elasticity, thereby giving a natural glow to your skin.

  • Do not mess with your skin

Picking pimples is a common habit. Avoid this since it can lead to scarring and also spreads the bacteria responsible for causing pimples.  Avoid looking at your pimples with a magnifying mirror which can provoke picking and worsen the situation.

  • Chill with an ice cube

Use an ice cube with aloe vera and water mixture and exfoliate your skin with these cubes to reduce inflammation, and keeps your skin supple and fresh.

  • Sweat it out

Exercising and sweating it out is a good way to clear your skin. Indulge in any exercise that you enjoy doing and do it long enough for you to sweat it out, and ensure you wash your face with cold water soon after, to leave it clean and fresh.

  • Do not fall for fads

There are multiple products on the shelf which claim to take care of your skin. Do not fall prey to such fads and don’t try new products or methods every now and then, which can mess up your skin leaving you looking dull and with pimples.

  • Avoid long hot showers

Long hot showers for more than 10 minutes can rip off the moisture from the skin and remove the protective oils. Limit your shower to 10 minutes and keep the water temperature relatively cooler for better results.

Remember even your favourite celebrities have skin problems. It is all about how you take care of it and pamper it well. Healthy practices like eating simple and fresh foods, exercising regularly, sleeping on time, and using minimum chemicals leave you with naturally glowing skin.
