Following A Healthy Lifestyle Doesn’t Make You Mean

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text letter_spacing=””]It’s time to set our priorities right in order to fulfill our dreams. The first place in your list of your top priorities should be ‘Health’. Because, if health is not your top priority, then all your other priorities would be wrong! Here is what you need to understand about practicing a healthy lifestyle:

  • Diet is not mean-It is a myth that healthy eating is complex! Diet could be a negative term if you are already having issues with your body or trying to deal with a lot of stress around you. Diet need not always be “restrictive” or “unpalatable” or “boring” or even “time-consuming.”
  • Stay guilt free-It is time to change your perspective about diet as “healthy” eating which only means eating home food or having freshly cooked food and also putting your mind when eating, which creates an awareness of the quantity that you eat-be it healthy or whenever you choose a less healthier option. This way the stress about “dieting” goes down and you start enjoying the food guilt-free.
  • Improved energy-Clean or healthy eating not just gives you a great body or improves your overall health. It can improve your stress levels, bring in positivity and give you immense strength and energy to pursue the rest of the important things that need your attention.
  • Move more-Exercise gets the last priority especially when you are pressed for time or when you start viewing other things more important than exercise. Have you ever wondered how exercising for just 20 minutes on waking up can leave you energised through the day? Robin Sharma rightly quotes “If you don’t make time for exercise now, you will probably have to make time for illness in your old age”.
